Brian Tang is a Primary Educator, Talent Identification Specialist, Former Hong Kong Swimming Team Member, and Diocesan Boys' School (DBS) Interschool Champion. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) and a B.A. in Sports Management from Sheffield Hallam University (UK). Combining 15 years of primary classroom teaching in Mathematics and Physical Education with 20 years of elite swim coaching, he brings a rare dual perspective to student-athlete development.

Specializing in Primary Mathematics and Physical Education, Brian helps students build the problem-solving skills and study habits needed to excel in P.5 and P.6 internal assessments. Beyond the classroom, he has a rare gift for spotting early athletic talent—identifying kids with raw physical potential who might otherwise be missed by traditional sports programs. He gives parents a clear, realistic picture of their child's athletic and academic strengths so they can plan ahead with confidence.

Having led and coached primary school sports teams across Hong Kong, Brian deeply understands school-level athletic development and how to build strong team culture in young athletes. Holding HKASA Level 1 Coaching credentials, he actively coaches and scouts talented swimmers across Hong Kong. Leveraging strong relationships with primary school heads and athletic directors, Brian excels at connecting talented young athletes with sports-friendly secondary schools that truly value and support student-athlete development.
